4.3 振動步進應力試驗
振動步進應力是在環境溫度下+20°C進行。
在測試的產品進行振動步進應力始終在設定點5GRMS的振動值,增加5GRMS的增量,10分鐘的停留時間間隔。30GRMS后,振動下降到5GRMS,以確定是否發生了故障,不在更高的振動水平檢測。如果在這個共振振動的檢測沒有故障,振動增加到下一級。

4.4 綜合環境應力試驗
該系統經過五次溫度循環,從60℃至+ 110 °C,平均熱轉化率70°C/每分鐘結合振動。振動開始設定點在15 GRMS,每個熱循環增量為15 GRMS。在每個極端溫度的停留時間為10分鐘。綜合環境應力試驗:
